Well, all we can do now is wait. Andre' dropped dad off at the hospital this morning for his surgery. On his way back, he picked up cinnamon buns from Star Bakery in Nevada City. They were sooo delicious!
We decided to drive to Ruby River Dam today to check out the beautiful scenery. There were a lot of people out on boats and camping nearby. I would have loved to have joined them.
I put a lot of sunblock on Anna (all natural, of course) and we made sure her hat was on snugly before getting her out in the sun. I read that skin damage from the sun is particularly bad in childhood... no need to take any chances, right?
