Today I got all gussied up to check on the garden. My mommy loved trying the fresh, organic broccoli. I loved that it fit nicely in my tiny hands.
I know what you're thinking - you're wondering why I am so fancy, aren't you? Well, you can blame my mommy for that. She put my pink shades on... and my hair in pigtails... and then my cute pink overalls from Grandmother and Granddaddy... and then my neon sandals from the Gap (compliments of my daddy)... and to top it all off, she placed her childhood pearls around my neck. The pearls are pinkish and my mommy wore them in her wedding to daddy almost four years ago. How cool is that?
