Today our friends Ashleigh, Joe, Sandi, and other church friends gave us a baby shower at the Langshaw mansion. It was so much fun getting to do fun things for the baby! The colors were pink, chocolate, and cream... It really made me think of neopolitan icecream! Yummy!
We decorated diapers - one fave: "Danger Zone" written on the butt of a diaper... The guests also filled out advice cards for us. We got a lot of good advice! There are still so many questions that we have, but I know that we have such a strong support group from our church family in Georgia that we will be alright!
Anna got a TON of new clothes! We don't have to buy her anything for at least 6 months, so that is a relief! Now we can focus on paying her hospital bills (:
It's so great to have such wonderful friends! Speaking of wonderful people, our friends Ray and Susan drove up to Calhoun for the shower - Ray had just gotten off an all-night shift at work, so I know he was tired!
I sure am going to miss our SDA friends!
